TERA(NA): Level Cap Will Raise to 60, Dungeons Being Reworked

According to a post on TERA(NA) official forum, Brian Knox, producer for the forthcoming TERA action MMORPG, unveiled that TERA will be able reach level 60 when it launches in the west on May 1. To go together with the new level cap, the dungeons will have to be reworked.



Our max level will be 60 so all those 58 max level dungeons would have been a waste. We have shuffled them around -- some up and some down.

We will have more detailed information on it closer to open beta but it should create a much smoother progression to 60 as well as a good amount of content at level 60.



TERA is a new breed of online game that combines all the depth of a traditional MMO with the visceral gratification of an action game. In TERA, players must actively aim, dodge and block, as the game's real-time combat system takes into account player position and skill, not stats buy tera gold alone. En Masse Entertainment will launch TERA on May 1, 2012 in North america.
