To better protect your account from been hacked or stolen, Hangame recently made adjustments to TERA account verification system. From 22nd January, 2011, only the accounts registered by credit card or cell phone can be verified.

Because of that, some of the TERA Premium Account which sold before 20th January, 2011 can NOT be verified. To avoid further loss caused by this, please contact our Live Help Operators before applying game time to your TERA account which purchased before 20th January, 2011.
